Refurbished Battery Packs

Servicing and reconditioning a hybrid battery pack usually takes 3-4 days depending on its condition.

The basic rates for re-conditioning are $700.00 including labor for removing, re-installing inside the car and testing it. If there are any dead or damaged sticks/modules, which need replacement, additional charges will be added.

- Explain error codes and suggest remedies.
- Re-charge hybrid batteries for cars, e-bikes and e-scooters.

Battery Repairs

Honda Insight, Honda Civic Hybrid and Honda Accord hybrid

Re-Condition: We will re-condition your old hybrid battery packs to almost new condition. The packs will be warranted for six month with unlimited miles.

Charges are $600 for re-conditioning

If we have to replace any 7.2 V stick sleeves, each sleeve will cost $50 extra.

There is an additional charge of $100 for removal and fitting of the Hybrid Battery Packs. Plan on leaving your car for 3-4 days. We can loan you a vehicle for extra payment in the meantime.

Re-Build Battery Packs: We can also re-build the battery packs with new cells. These will be warranted for 3 years or 30,000 miles, which ever comes earlier.
Cost is $2000.

Toyota Prius Gen I and Gen II

Re-Condition: We will re-condition your old hybrid battery packs for Gen I (years 2001-2003) and Gen II (years 2004-2009) to almost new condition. The packs will be warranted for six month, unlimited miles.

Charges are $600 for re-conditioning.

If we have to replace any 7.2 V Module, each Module will cost $50.00 extra. There is an additional charge of $100 for removal and fitting of the Hybrid Battery Packs.

Re-Build Battery Packs: We can also re-build Gen I Battery packs with Gen II new cells. These will be warranted for 3 years or 30,000 miles, which ever comes earlier.

Cost is $2000.

Similarly, we will re-build packs for Gen II with Gen III or Gen IV cells, which will cost $2000.

Toyota Camry Hybrid 2007 – 2011

Re-Condition: We will re-condition your old hybrid battery packs to almost new condition. The packs will be warranted for six month or 5000 miles whichever is earlier.

Charges are $750 for re-conditioning.

If we have to replace any 7.2 V sub-pack, each will cost $60 extra. There is an additional charge of $100 for removal and fitting of the Hybrid Battery Packs.
